New Student Work

We have been wrapping up our fall classes
here at the studio, and we would like to leave you
with photos of some of our lovely student's latest work.

Wonderful stitched ornaments...

... and pendants galore!

Good work ladies!
All of our students have been wonderful,
and we have had a great time working with all of you!

We apologize to anyone who's work may not have
made it onto our blog... it's not because we didn't think it was fabulous,
it's just that we artist's sometimes have trouble
remembering details like taking pictures of finished work
before it goes out the door!

New World...

... of Possibilities!
I have been having fun dreaming up things to solder this week :-).
A new mixed media pendant, featuring and old postage stamp,
a tiny crystal, and a flashing labradorite.

I love these old German glass cabachons that Juliana has collected.

And last, but not least, a new earring holder experiment
with an antique skeleton key taking flight on one side.

There are so many artistic projects that can be done with soldering...
...the possibilities are endless.
I'm looking forward to seeing the beautiful jewelry that
will be created in our two pendant classes coming up!
Happy weekend to you!

An intricate bracelet in warm autumn colors made by Brenda.
Stones include agate, tundra sapphire, tourmaline, and sun stone -
on sterling silver wire and a soft leather band:

Also from Brenda this week are these bright and playful earrings
composed of vintage glass beads and sterling silver:

Finally, Juliana has some wonderful, rustic, lucky bottle cap
